Family

Here are Aunt Gloria, Uncle Andy, Cousin Andrea, Aunt No-no, Aunt Carole, and myself. We enjoyed a nice afternoon of visiting and eating. It was nice to listen to stories and hear about how wonderful Alpena is! What a nice day!

Aunt No-no

Here are the girls with Aunt No-no. She is quite the lady! She had a beautiful yellow outfit with matching shoes and jewelry and as such a sweetheart. The kids love her and so do I. It was great to spend time with her!

wheee!

Here are the girls in Niagara after a fun filled day!

Here is a video of Sarah playing on the beach of Lake Erie.

American Falls

Look at those falls! These are the American Falls -- it was really something everyone should see once. The area is really crowded and expensive, but we had a really good time!

Maid of the Mist

Here are the girls all geared up to ride the Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls. This was our last attraction of the day and it was amazing! The falls are so beautiful! They hand out raincoats, although we didn't really get wet. We were drenched on the Journey Behind the Falls though.

Aunt Carole

We had such a nice stay at Aunt Carole's house! It is so beautiful! The kids found all kinds of stuff to keep them busy outside. We enjoyed walking through the wooded path and the little park down the street. We saw our first fireflies -- they were so beautiful! One landed on my finger and stayed for a long time! We really hope to go back someday!

Great Grandma

We went to see Great-grandma on Monday -- she looks pretty good! She seemed to know who the kids were and I thought she said something about them being big. She didn't get mad at Aunt Carole the whole time we were there, and she sounded like her old self when she laughed at Casey. When we left, we all gave her a kiss on the cheek and she closed her eyes each time -- I think she was really happy to see us!

our michigan vacation

We are back from vacation and had a great time! We visited family and went to Niagara Falls and Lake Erie. The girls went on their first airplane ride and loved it! On the way there, both Hannah got a bloody nose and a few minutes later so did Rachel. Poor Rachel had a really bad one. Thankfully, we didn't have a reoccurance on the trip home!

We had a great time staying at Aunt Carole's beautiful house in the woods. We got to see many relatives at the Pfiefer Feast on Sunday. We went rasberry picking, and out on Cass Lake with some friends. We visited with Great-Grandma Moore which was really nice. She seemed happy to see us and even laughed a few times at Casey!
